2. Maintenance and parts solutions
2.1 Valve Maintenance and parts solutions
The most commonly used valves in wellhead equipment include plate gate valves, choke valves, safety valves and ball valves. Due to the abrasion, vibration and corrosion caused by the media, the aging deformation and improper operation of the sealing parts, the valve can leak easily。There are basically three kinds of handling methods: screw the connecting bolt, inject the sealing grease, and replace the inner part of the valve.
We can provide customers with all kinds of valves assembly、standard parts (hardwar, O ring, bearing, injection valve), Sealing grease(7903), Remove and assemble tools. Valve plate, seat, valve body, bonnet, stem, guide plate and other valve internal parts, domestic and foreign manufacturers design dimensions are different, cannot provide for the customer's products.
2.2 Leakage maintenance of tubing head and casing head（tubing head and Christmas tree）connections
In addition to improper installation, the leakage is caused by damage to the sealing part of the tubing（casing） head or the aging damage of the seals. Processing method：If leakage occurs during installation, the damaged parts and seals shall be replaced. If leakage occurs after a period of time, the sealing grease shall be injected into the joint.

2.2.1 There should be two sets of seal ring at the bottom of regular tubing head and casting head (secondary seal of oil casting head), used for sealing the top hanged casting, seals now commonly used in the international types are: FS-type, P-type, BP-type seals, and now domestic production of seals can be used interchangeably with foreign countries. The common seal ring types in the international is FS types, P types, BP types, and now the seal ring produced by domestic can be exchanged with international brand.
2.2.2 Mandrel hanger generally use the rectangular seal as it primary seal, and O ring , S ring etc. as their secondary seal ring, currently, this kind of seal ring can be interchangeable by domestic brand or international brand.
2.2.3 Slip-type hanger generally use the rectangular seal as it primary seal, which have strong interchangeability by domestic or international brand.
2.3 The leakage of lockdown screw
There are two reasons resulted in the leakage of lockdown screw, one is the damage of the seal packing, another is less pressure tight on the lockdown screw. And tighten up the lockdown screw can be solved it, if not any effect on it, just exchange the lockdown screw packing and all the part of lockdown screw assembly.
2.4 Leakage of Flange connections
There are two reasons for the leakage: the first is the loose bolts caused by the fluid vibration; The second one is the packing ring or the damage of the sealing surface of the parts. The way to deal with it: first, symmetrical tightening bolts should be done. If the effect is not effective, check the replacement parts of the damaged packing ring or sealing surface.
2.5 Leakage of threaded connections.
The leakage is caused by thread damage or thread matching problem, which needs to replace the damaged part of the thread or wrap the rubber tape (5 to 10 laps) on the male thread and tighten it.
